1. Agreement to These Terms

By visiting the Josina Travels website, submitting a vacation request, requesting or accepting a quote, communicating with us, or purchasing travel through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services and Role

Josina Travels provides travel planning, research, reservation assistance, group travel support, and related advisory services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party travel suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, airlines, transportation providers, and travel insurance companies.

Travel services are ultimately provided by those suppliers and are subject to their separate terms, conditions, contracts of carriage, cancellation rules, health and safety policies, and privacy practices.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

All quotes are based on the information available when prepared and are subject to availability and change until a reservation is confirmed and the required payment is received. Prices may change because of supplier repricing, taxes, fees, fuel supplements, exchange rates, occupancy changes, promotions, or errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices may not include airfare, baggage fees, gratuities, travel insurance, passports, visas, resort fees, parking, transfers, excursions, meals, or personal expenses.

4. Traveler Information and Booking Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing all names, birth dates, travel dates, destinations, cabin or room categories, and other booking details before authorizing payment. Traveler names must match the government-issued identification that will be used for travel.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information promptly. Josina Travels is not responsible for fees, denial of travel, or other losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by a traveler.

5. Payments and Authorization

Deposits, final payments, planning fees, service fees, and other charges are due according to the schedule disclosed in your quote, invoice, authorization form, or supplier confirmation. By authorizing a payment, you authorize the applicable supplier, processor, host agency, or Josina Travels to charge the approved amount using the payment method provided.

Failure to make payment by a deadline may result in automatic cancellation, loss of space, or supplier penalties. Any planning or service fee charged by Josina Travels will be disclosed before payment and may be nonrefundable once work has begun.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations, changes, credits, and refunds are subject to the rules of the applicable travel supplier. Penalties may begin immediately after booking and may increase as the departure date approaches. Some fares, deposits, promotional rates, insurance premiums, and service fees may be nonrefundable.

Refund timing is controlled by the supplier or payment processor. Josina Travels cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, exception, or schedule change. Requests should be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

7. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas, identification, parental consent documents, health records, and other travel documents. Entry, transit, and return requirements may vary by citizenship, residency, destination, and itinerary and may change without notice.

Travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and suppliers. Josina Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or losses resulting from missing, expired, damaged, or insufficient documents.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Depending on the policy, insurance may help protect against certain cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical expenses, baggage loss, or other covered events. Coverage varies, exclusions apply, and benefits are determined solely by the insurer.

If you decline travel insurance, you accept responsibility for losses that might otherwise have been covered. Josina Travels does not guarantee coverage or claim approval.

9. Supplier Changes, Delays, and Force Majeure

Travel suppliers may change itineraries, ships, aircraft, hotels, schedules, ports, amenities, or included services. Josina Travels is not responsible for acts, omissions, insolvency, overbooking, mechanical problems, labor disputes, weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, civil unrest, terrorism, war, closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Any remedy, credit, refund, or alternative arrangement is subject to the applicable supplier’s policies and discretion.

10. Health, Safety, and Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks. Travelers are responsible for evaluating destination conditions, health requirements, physical demands, personal safety, and their own fitness to travel. You should review current government advisories and consult qualified medical professionals when appropriate.

11. Accessibility and Special Requests

Please disclose mobility, accessibility, dietary, medical, or other special needs before booking. Josina Travels will communicate requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Travelers are responsible for confirming that selected travel arrangements are suitable for their individual needs.

12. Group Travel

Group reservations may have separate deposit schedules, minimum participation requirements, name deadlines, cancellation penalties, promotional rules, and group-leader responsibilities. Group amenities and pricing may change if participation levels or supplier requirements are not met.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, communication channels, or services; attempt unauthorized access; submit fraudulent information; interfere with operations; or use our services for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

15. Intellectual Property

The Josina Travels name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Josina Travels and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission. Supplier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

16. No Guarantee of Results

Josina Travels does not guarantee that any specific fare, promotion, cabin, room, itinerary, amenity, upgrade, travel outcome, or supplier exception will be available. Recommendations are based on the information you provide and the options available at the time.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josina Travels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by independent travel suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount of any planning or service fees paid directly to Josina Travels for the affected transaction.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Josina Travels harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, unlawful conduct, or failure to comply with supplier requirements or travel laws.

19. Governing Rules and Severability

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Josina Travels’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
